The Site is intended to present the Site Owner’s game developing business, to tell about our vision and products and services, and attract potential partners for further collaboration.
Before using the Site, please carefully review these Terms, as they contain a description of the functionality and terms of operation of the Site, regulate your relationship with the Site Owner, establish rights, obligations, guarantees, and liability, determine the jurisdiction of dispute resolution and the law applicable to the relations of the parties, and other material terms.

Data includes the Site, components of the Site, including but not limited to: computer programs, including system, application and auxiliary software, as well as software for content management of the Site, server applications designed to implement the functional capabilities of the Site; the Site design, including the logical structure of pages, sketches of the main and standard pages, as well as the user interface (menu layout, navigation, interaction with the User, etc.); texts of the pages set out using special languages, which are responsible for the logical structure of the pages, their appearance and other; information content of the Site in the form of text, graphic, audiovisual, multimedia and other objects located or created with the help of the Site, including those available for downloading; database management systems, databases, the structure, location and content of databases; brand names, trademarks, and any other intellectual property.
2.2. Parties means the User and the Site Owner collectively.

2.4. Site Owner means Inspired by Sport doo Beograd, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Serbia, having its registered address at: Bulevar Vojvode Bojovića 6-8, Beograd (Stari Grad), 11000 Beograd, Serbia, company number: 22035509, tax ID number: 114528219.
2.5. Terms mean the present Terms and Conditions including appendices and amendments thereto.
2.6. User means any individual or entity in any state who uses or accesses the Site.
3.1. Provided that the User accepts the present Terms, the Site Owner grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Site in accordance with its functional purpose under the Terms, namely, to obtain information about thе activities of the Site Owner. The User undertakes to comply with the Terms when using the Site, otherwise, the User undertakes to stop using the Site.

4.1. The Site and all/any Data available on the Site are the intellectual property owned by the Site Owner, or the rights to it have been granted to the Site Owner by third parties and may only be used in accordance with its functional purpose.
4.2. These Terms are not a licence agreement for the use of the Site or individual Data. The User undertakes to respect the exclusive rights of the Site Owner, in particular to:
4.2.1. not modify, copy, decompile, publicly display, reproduce, or use by any other means not expressly provided for by the Terms the components of the Site, including software and databases, any information, as well as not to create derivative works based on them, without explicit permission of the Site Owner;
4.2.2. not violate or circumvent the technical protection or security measures of the Site, its components, as well as the information published on the Site;
4.2.3. not alter or delete the trademark, copyright or proprietary notes for the Data of the Site Owner or third parties, or any other notices and marks that contain such Data;
4.2.4. not perform any actions that cause or may cause an unreasonable or disproportionately high load on the infrastructure providing the Site operation.
4.3. Except for the cases expressly specified in the Terms in respect of the content of the Site, no Data, including parts thereof, may be downloaded, reproduced, made available to the public, modified, translated, revised, published, subjected to any changes (including by adding, commenting, changing the indication of authorship or excluding marks of authorship, in any other similar way), distributed, transferred, or in any other way by the User if it creates an infringement of the rights of the Site Owner or other right holders.
4.4. The Site Owner may apply technical means of protection of the Site, its components, and information, including technical means of protection of information of other right holders and to inform the right holders about violations committed by the User.
4.5. The Site Owner reserves the right at any time to change or remove Data from the Site and otherwise change the content of the Site at its own discretion, and without notice to the User.
4.6. By providing feedback through the Site, posting comments or other appeals under the functionality provided by the Site, the User grants the Site Owner the right to use them on the terms of a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence in the following scope: reproduction, public display by any means and for any purpose, translation or processing by any means for the purposes of their use and placement on the Site, bringing to the public and providing access to them to an unlimited number of persons, other use in order for the Site to function and improve.
5.1. The Site Owner undertakes reasonable efforts to maintain Site availability but makes no guarantees regarding its continuous operation, absence of errors, or uninterrupted access. The Site Owner does not provide the Users with technical support services for the Site and does not adjust and improve the Site in accordance with the Users' requests.
5.2. The Site Owner may at any time change, suspend, and discontinue any functionality, structure, and information available on the Site, without prior notice. The Site Owner is not obliged to store or provide the User with the Data, except for the cases stipulated by the applicable legislation.
5.3. The Site Owner may assign its rights and obligations under the Terms to third parties without the User's consent, by publishing an updated version of the Terms, which will be considered as accepted by the User in line with Article 3.4. above.
5.4. The Site Owner may restrict access to the Site and/or its separate parts in full or in part and/or terminate the possibility of its use:
5.4.1. In case of violation of the Terms by the User, or if there are reasons to believe that the restriction is a necessary way to protect the rights of the Site Owner and other Users; and
5.4.2. For organisational or technical reasons, to ensure information security in order to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or destruction of Data until such reasons are resolved or until another time at the discretion of the Site Owner.
5.5. The Site Owner may process statistical information about the User's use of the Site and carry out automated processing of the information provided by the User on the Site, in accordance with the Personal Data Policy and Cookies Policy.
5.6. The Site Owner may back up Site databases but is not obligated to retain or restore User-generated data unless otherwise required by applicable law or Privacy Data Policy or Cookies Policy.

The Site and Data are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and the Site Owner does not give any guarantees (express or implied) regarding the User's use of the Site and Data, in particular, regarding commercial suitability, applicability for specific purposes, absence of technical failures, and stability of access to the Site.
7.2. The Site Owner shall not be liable for any losses or consequences for the User which are related to access to the Site or impossibility to access it in whole or in part for any reasons (including in case of scheduled or unscheduled technical and preventive maintenance, failures of Internet providers, computer networks, servers, illegal actions of third parties, force majeure, detection of malicious software, occurrence/discovery of errors in the operation of the Site), as well as for any losses related to the loss of the User's data.
7.3. The Site Owner is not responsible for the actions and inactions of Users, including if they caused a violation of the rights of third parties, legislation, or contractual obligations.
7.4. The Site Owner is not liable for the transfer of information by the User to third parties when using the Site, as well as in the event that information from the Site became available to third parties due to their unauthorised access to the User's equipment or the actions of viral, malicious software on the User's equipment.
7.5. The Site may contain banners and links to other Internet sites. The Site Owner is not liable for the content of these sites, their owners' compliance with the law, or their availability. Publishing of links to other sites does not imply advertising of materials from these third-party sites or applications and does not imply any affiliation with their owners. Any link clicks made by the User are at the User's own risk.
7.6. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site Owner excludes any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or reputational damage, arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
7.7. The User shall be liable for any and all damages and consequences resulting from its failure to fulfil the obligations under these Terms in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
8.1. In case of any disputes or disagreements related to these Terms, the User and the Site Owner will make every effort to resolve them through negotiations.
8.2. Before appealing to a competent court, the Parties shall settle disputes in a pre-claim procedure.
8.3. The User may send a pre-claim to the Site Owner’s e-mail team@sportspired.com. The pre-claim must contain the essence of the matter, evidence supporting the pre-claim, as well as the User's identification data on the Site.
8.4. The Site Owner may use any data about the User known to it to send a claim. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data published by him/her and for receiving official correspondence.
8.5. In order to exclude jurisdictional disputes and disputes about the applicable law, the Site Owner specifically notifies the User that the Site activity is targeted to the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
8.6. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
8.7. Disputes arising in connection with conclusion, execution, or termination of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations between the Parties. In case of impossibility to resolve disputes through negotiations, compliance with the pre-claim procedure is mandatory, the term of response to the pre-claim is 30 (thirty) calendar days.
8.8. In case of failure to resolve disputes in the pre-claim procedure, the Parties shall refer it to the competent court at the location of the Site Owner.
9.1. Any matters not explicitly regulated by these Terms shall be governed by applicable Serbian law.
9.2. These Terms are concluded for the term of the User's use of the Site, come into force for the User from the moment of commencement of the use of the Site, and are valid either until they are changed or cancelled on the initiative of the Site Owner, or until the User stops using the Site, including by deleting the Account.
9.3. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9.4. These Terms are written in both Serbian and English language. In case of discrepancies, the provisions written in Serbian shall prevail.

Svrha Sajta jeste da predstavi posao razvoja igara Vlasnika Sajta, da vam predoči našu viziju, proizvode i usluge, kao i da privuče potencijalne partnere za dalju saradnju.

2.2. Strane podrazumevaju Korisnika i Vlasnika sajta, zajednički.

2.5. Uslovi podrazumevaju trenutne Uslove korišćenja uključujući i njihove izmene i dopune.
2.6. Korisnik jeste pojedinac ili entitet u bilo kojoj državi koji koristi ili ima pristup Sajtu.
3.1. Pod uslovom da Korisnik prihvata ove Uslove, Vlasnik Sajta daje Korisniku ograničeno, neekskluzivno, neprenosivo i opozivo pravo da koristi Sajt u skladu sa njegovom funkcionalnom namenom i u skladu sa ovim Uslovima, odnosno, da pribavi informacije o aktivnostima Vlasnika Sajta.
Korisnik se obavezuje da će se pridržavati Uslova prilikom korišćenja Sajta, a u suprotnom se obavezuje da će odmah prestati sa korišćenjem Sajta.
3.2. Sajt poseduje sadržaj koji je dostupan Korisniku bez obaveze sprovođenja procedure Registracije.

3.4. Vlasnik Sajta može s vremena na vreme menjati ove Uslove. U slučaju značajnih izmena Uslova, Vlasnik Sajta će obavestiti Korisnike putem pop-up obaveštenja na Sajtu najmanje sedam (7) kalendarskih dana pre nego što izmene stupe na snagu, i postaviće novu verziju Uslova na Sajtu na https://www.sportspired.com/legal/terms-and-conditions. Dalje korišćenje Sajta od strane Korisnika nakon takvog obaveštenja, objavljivanja novih Uslova i njihovog stupanja na snagu smatraće se prihvatanjem izmenjenih Uslova od strane Korisnika.
4.1. Sajt i svi/bilo koji Podaci dostupni na Sajtu predstavljaju intelektualnu svojinu u vlasništvu Vlasnika Sajta ili su prava na njih preneta Vlasniku Sajta od strane trećih lica i mogu se koristiti samo u skladu sa njihovom funkcionalnom namenom.
4.2. Ovi Uslovi ne predstavljaju ugovor o licenci za korišćenje Sajta ili pojedinačnih Podataka. Korisnik se obavezuje da će poštovati isključiva prava Vlasnika Sajta, a posebno da:
4.2.1. neće modifikovati, kopirati, izvršiti dekompilaciju, javno prikazivati, reprodukovati niti koristiti na bilo koji drugi način koji nije izričito predviđen ovim Uslovima, komponente Sajta, uključujući softver i baze podataka, bilo koju informaciju, kao ni da neće stvarati izvedena dela na osnovu njih, bez izričite dozvole Vlasnika Sajta;
4.2.2. neće kršiti niti zaobilaziti tehničke zaštitne mere ili mere bezbednosti Sajta, njegovih komponenti, kao ni informacija objavljenih na Sajtu;
4.2.3. neće menjati niti brisati žigove, autorska prava ili obaveštenja o vlasništvu nad Podacima Vlasnika Sajta ili trećih lica, niti bilo koja druga obaveštenja i oznake koje takvi Podaci sadrže;
4.2.4. neće preduzimati bilo kakve radnje koje uzrokuju ili mogu uzrokovati nerazumno ili nesrazmerno veliko opterećenje infrastrukture koja omogućava rad Sajta.
4.3. Osim u slučajevima izričito navedenim u Uslovima u pogledu sadržaja Sajta, nijedan Podatak, uključujući njegove delove, ne sme biti preuzet, reprodukovan, učinjen dostupnim javnosti, modifikovan, prevođen, obrađivan, objavljivan, podvrgnut bilo kakvim izmenama (uključujući dodavanje, komentarisanje, promenu oznake autorstva ili uklanjanje oznaka autorstva, ili na bilo koji sličan način), distribuiran, prenet ili korišćen na bilo koji drugi način od strane Korisnika ako bi to predstavljalo povredu prava Vlasnika Sajta ili drugih nosilaca prava.
4.4. Vlasnik Sajta može primeniti tehnička sredstva zaštite Sajta, njegovih komponenti i informacija, uključujući tehnička sredstva zaštite informacija drugih nosilaca prava, i obavestiti nosioce prava o povredama koje je izvršio Korisnik.
4.5. Vlasnik Sajta zadržava pravo da u bilo kom trenutku promeni ili ukloni Podatke sa Sajta i na drugi način izmeni sadržaj Sajta po sopstvenom nahođenju i bez prethodnog obaveštavanja Korisnika.
4.6. Davanjem povratnih informacija putem Sajta, objavljivanjem komentara ili drugih obraćanja u okviru funkcionalnosti Sajta, Korisnik daje Vlasniku Sajta pravo da ih koristi pod uslovima besplatne, trajne, svetske, neekskluzivne licence u sledećem obimu: reprodukcija, javno prikazivanje na bilo koji način i za bilo koju svrhu, prevođenje ili obrada na bilo koji način radi njihove upotrebe i postavljanja na Sajt, objavljivanje i omogućavanje pristupa neograničenom broju osoba, kao i druga upotreba u cilju funkcionisanja i unapređenja Sajta.
5.1. Vlasnik sajta će preuzimati potrebne mere kako bi Sajt održavao dostupnim, ali ne garantuje za kontinuiranu funkcionalnost, nepostojanje grešaka ili neometani pristup.
Vlasnik sajta ne pruža Korisnicima tehničku podršku za Sajt i neće menjati i unapređivati Sajt u skladu sa zahtevima Korisnika.
5.2. Vlasnik sajta može u bilo kom trenutku promeniti, suspendovati i prekinuti bilo koju funkciju, strukturu i informaciju dostupnu na Sajtu, bez prethodnog upozorenja.
Vlasnik Sajta nije u obavezi da čuva ili pruža Podatke Korisniku, osim u slučajevima predviđenim zakonom.
5.3. Vlasnik sajta može svoja prava i obaveze iz Uslova preneti na treće lice bez Korisnikove saglasnosti, objavljivanjem izmenjene verzije Uslova, a što će se smatrati prihvaćenim od strane Korisnika u skladu sa članom 3.4.
5.4. Vlasnik sajta može ograničiti pristup Sajtu i/ili njegovim pojedinim delovima u potpunosti ili delimično i/ili mogućnost korišćenja:
5.4.1. u slučaju kršenja Uslova od strane Korisnika ili ako postoje razlozi da se smatra da je restrikcija neophodna kako bi se zaštitila prava Vlasnika sajta i drugih Korisnika; i
5.4.2. iz organizacionih ili tehničkih razloga, da bi se osigurala bezbednost informacija, dok ti razlozi ne budu otklonjeni ili u nekom drugom trenutku, po diskrecionoj odluci Vlasnika sajta.
5.5. Vlasnik sajta može obrađivati statističke informacije o Korisnikovom korišćenju Sajta i sprovesti automatsko obrađivanje informacija koje mu je Korisnik dao, u skladu sa Politikom o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti i Politikom kolačića.
5.6. Vlasnik sajta može napraviti rezervnu kopiju baze podataka Sajta, ali nije u obavezi da povrati ili zadrži podatke koje je Korisnik napravio, osim ako važeći propisi ne zahtevaju drugačije ili ako to nije predviđeno Politikom o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti ili Politikom kolačića.
6.1. Korisnik se obavezuje da:

Sajt i Podaci se pružaju po principu „takvi kakvi jesu“ i „kako su dostupni“, a Vlasnik Sajta ne daje nikakve garancije (izričite ili prećutne) u vezi sa korišćenjem Sajta i Podataka od strane Korisnika, posebno u pogledu komercijalne podobnosti, primenljivosti za određene svrhe, odsustva tehničkih grešaka i stabilnosti pristupa Sajtu.
7.2. Vlasnik sajta neće biti odgovoran za bilo kakav gubitak ili posledice po Korisnika u vezi sa pristupom Sajtu ili nemogućnosti da mu se pristupi u celosti ili delimično iz bilo kog razloga (uključujući slučajeve planiranog ili neplaniranog tehničkog i preventivnog održavanja, kvarova kod internet provajdera, računarskih mreža, servera, nezakonitih radnji trećih lica, više sile, otkrivanja zlonamernog softvera, pojave/otkrivanja grešaka u radu Sajta), kao ni za bilo kakve gubitke povezane sa gubitkom podataka Korisnika.
7.3. Vlasnik sajta nije odgovoran za činjenje ili nečinjenje Korisnika, uključujući i situacije kada su one dovele do povrede prava trećih lica, zakona ili ugovornih obaveza.
7.4. Vlasnik Sajta ne odgovara za prenos informacija od strane Korisnika trećim licima prilikom korišćenja Sajta, kao ni u slučaju kada su informacije sa Sajta postale dostupne trećim licima zbog njihovog neovlašćenog pristupa opremi Korisnika ili delovanjem virusa ili zlonamernog softvera na opremi Korisnika.
7.5. Sajt može sadržati banere i linkove ka drugim internet sajtovima. Vlasnik Sajta ne odgovara za sadržaj tih sajtova, usklađenost njihovih vlasnika sa zakonom niti za njihovu dostupnost. Postavljanje linkova ka drugim sajtovima ne predstavlja reklamiranje materijala sa tih sajtova ili aplikacija, niti podrazumeva bilo kakvu povezanost sa njihovim vlasnicima. Svako klik na takve linkove od strane Korisnika vrši se na sopstveni rizik Korisnika.

U najvećoj meri dozvoljenoj zakonom, Vlasnik sajta isključuje svaki vid odgovornosti za direktnu, indirektnu, slučajnu, posledičnu, posebnu ili kaznenu štetu, uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na gubitak prihoda (izgubljena dobit), gubitak podataka, gubitak poslovnih prilika ili narušavanje ugleda, koji proisteknu iz korišćenja ili nemogućnosti korišćenja Sajta.
7.7. Korisnik će biti odgovoran za bilo koju štetu i štetnu posledicu koja rezultira iz njegovog propusta da ispuni obaveze predviđene ovim Uslovima, u skladu sa zakonima Republike Srbije.
8.1. U slučaju bilo kakvih sporova ili neslaganja u vezi sa ovim Uslovima, Korisnik i Vlasnik sajta će dati sve od sebe da ih razreše putem pregovora.
8.2. Pre obraćanja nadležnom sudu, Strane će pokušati da reše spor vansudskim putem.
8.3. Korisnik može poslati zahtev za rešavanje spora vansudskim putem na email adresu Vlasnika sajta team@sportspired.com. Zahtev mora sadržati suštinu problema, dokaze koji podržavaju tvrdnje, kao i podatke za identifikaciju Korisnika na Sajtu.
8.4. Vlasnik Sajta može koristiti bilo koje podatke o Korisniku koji su mu dostupni, kako bi poslao zahtev. Korisnik je odgovoran za tačnost podataka koje je sam objavio i za obavljanje zvanične komunikacije.
8.5. U cilju isključivanja sporova u vezi sa nadležnošću i merodavnim pravom, Vlasnik sajta posebno obaveštava Korisnika da su aktivnosti Sajta usmerene na teritoriju Republike Srbije.
8.6. Ovi Uslovi tumače se i primenjuju u skladu sa zakonima Republike Srbije.
8.7. Sporovi koji nastanu u vezi sa zaključenjem, izvršenjem ili raskidom ovih Uslova rešavaće se putem pregovora između Strana. U slučaju nemogućnosti rešavanja sporova pregovorima, obavezno je poštovanje vansudskog postupka, a rok za odgovor na prethodni zahtev iznosi 30 (trideset) kalendarskih dana.
8.8. U slučaju neuspeha da se spor reši vansudskim putem, Strane će se obratiti mesno nadležnom sudu shodno registrovanom sedištu Vlasnika sajta.
9.1. Bilo koje teme koje nisu eksplicitno uređene ovim Uslovima će biti regulisane u skladu sa merodavnim pravom Republike Srbije.
9.2. Ovi Uslovi se zaključuju za period korišćenja Sajta od strane Korisnika, stupaju na snagu za Korisnika od trenutka početka korišćenja Sajta i važe sve dok ne budu izmenjeni ili ukinuti na inicijativu Vlasnika sajta, ili dok Korisnik ne prestane da koristi Sajt, uključujući i brisanjem Naloga.
9.3. Ukoliko se bilo koja odredba ovih Uslova smatra nevažećom ili neprimenljivom, preostale odredbe ostaju na snazi i proizvode pravno dejstvo u celosti.
9.4. Ovi Uslovi su sastavljeni na srpskom i engleskom jeziku. U slučaju neslaganja, relevantne su odredbe napisane na srpskom jeziku.
